SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES

Whats better than finding your fit then with a group of friends! These sessions combine elements of personal training and group ex training classes. Each group is limited to 4 members. Workouts are run like group personal training sessions and are structured and programmed into either 4 or 8 week blocks.
With this setup, your progress can be tracked, working within any limitations or specific injuries to get to stronger leaner and better conditioned.
