About the event
Revive Your Core is a 4 week comprehensive series for postnatal moms looking to enhance & improve their lifestyles through movement & reconnection. This series is designed to strengthen, restore or repair, so you can rock motherhood with Redefined Confidence! This series is either in person or virtual via Zoom.
Mandatory 60 min classes (11:00am - 12:00pm) will take place 1x per week for the following Thursday's:
October 15- Class will focus on breathing & reconnection to your foundation, including pelvic floor awareness.
October 22 - Focus on breathing to create movement through exercise.
October 29- Re-assess & how to incorporate Week 1 & 2 learnings into a Circuit Style Class (Low Intensity)
November 5- Re-assess & a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout (mod/high intensity) followed by a Q&A, Wrap Up!
There will also be a private Facebook group page to post questions, comments, concerns and this page will also feature some delicious recipes, at home gentle core connection short workouts and pelvic floor and posture informtion and workouts!
This class is appropriate for all postpartum mamas - whether six weeks, six years or decades postpartum!
