12 Days of Fitmas

It's beginning to look alot like... FITMAS!! Come join me starting 12/12 for 12 Days of FITMAS through YouTube! You will get a 20 minute fun, sweaty and strong workout including strength training, cardiovascular training in the form of a bootcamp, hiit, circuit or running! 

A video will be posted each day for you to complete on your own in or around the comfort of your own home and is opened to anyone, all fitness levels welcomed (modifications will be provided). Grab your barbells and christmas cheer and get ready to sleigh the end of this year! (**Needed: Dumbbells (or any home made weights) - a band (optional) - a mat - gliders (or paper plates)**)

As a THANK YOU two lucky winners will be chosen to receive a gift card from one of my favorite local restuarants/cafes or spas/salons! To partipcate in the drawing all you have to do is post (not story) on your Instagram or Facebook pages, with a picture or video of you recreating a portion of the workout, a sweaty selfie, or anything else creative that you can think of!!
