Are you ready to build strength & confidence in your body this Valentines Day? Join me to ‘Get Connected’ so you can move and exercise with added stability, flexibility & strength! The benefits of a strong core go beyond the aesthetic “6-pack” – in fact, strengthening your core can improve your posture and help you move with more confidence. This 5-day series will include 5 pre-recorded videos (10 min max) uploaded daily to a private viewing platform starting Monday 2/6 until Friday 2/10 focusing on movement, form, strengthening, mobility, cardio, strength and stabilization to help you LOVE YOUR BODY! Each video will include exercises (low & high intensity) with combinations between strength and cardio days, as well as stability and mobility exercises. Love Your Core, Empower Your Body! **NOTE: You can also pay via Venmo to avoid added fees**
