Core Redefined Program
Each program/session is especially designed for you, your strengths and your limitations. I will journal your progress (take before and after photos if you agree); provide daily corrective exercises to help regain pain free function, continence and core function; breathing and alignment checks; how to modify any current fitness programs; exit plan.
I will start with an initial assessment for any program which includes:
A review of your health/exercise forms to help build a program for you.
A variety assessments for movement, flexibility & alignment.
An introduction to proper breathing strategies.
How to use those breathing strategies & apply them to daily movements.
Your core is your base of support, through proper core strengthening & corrective exercising, these developed exercise strategies will help train a non-optimal core foundation. I fully understand the frustration and challenges when training a weaken core, and I would love to help you re-train your proper core functions.
