Postnatal training starts with an emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing, gentle core & pelvic floor reconnection; then a transition to appropriate corrective exercise, strength training or rehabilitation plan.
Every pregnancy is different, and the fitness training you follow should be special to your needs. Your systems need to learn to work together, and by increasing your understanding of how this happens, you will learn to properly and effectively connect to your body. It’s never too late to regain core function, stability, coordination & strength.
