Providing a holistic corrective exercise approach to pre and postnatal clients so you can gain the confidence, motivation and inspiration to help fix the most common complaints & discomforts around pregnancy. We will work on identifying muscular imbalances, which will help design an effective & safe program for your needs & goals. Corrective exercise will use a variety of techniques including strength, conditioning & recovery to enhance your body’s overall connection, reduce pain & move more freely. To have a healthier, more empowering pregnancy, labor & postpartum experience, each program will include diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor & core engagement, functional training, labor training, diastasis recti/pelvic floor rehab.
