Service Description

Postnatal training starts with an emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing, gentle core & pelvic floor re-connection; then a transition to appropriate corrective exercise, strength training or rehabilitation plan. If you are suffering from any pregnancy related ailments such as Diastasis Recti, Incontinence, Weak Core, Aches/Pains, etc. lets learn how to properly and effectively connect to your body.
